Tech was on time and was very thorough. He explained all steps of the job, tested the applicable operating parts, tested the systems and gradually eliminated areas until the problem was isolated. The use of test SOPs gave a feeling of both confidence and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and competence on the part of the Service Technician. He explained how the 24hour service worked. We will definitely use Mr. Dan’s again for both plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

You can choose a different plumber but you do so at your peril. The folks at Mr. Dan’s are professional, courteous and always give options and advice in advance of getting started so everyone is on the same page and there are no surprises when the invoice comes due. Call them first before you call them to fix what the other guys messed up.

Jeremiah was polite, knowledgeable and respectful. He professionally advised me on options available to renew piping in my home. Mr. Dans plumbing will be conducting a full replacement of water lines and drain pipes etc. next week due to Jeremiahs expert advise. The fast and professional service was much appreciated.

This technician is awesome. It’s that simple. He is very good at his job, and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone any time. It was a real pleasure to have him and the technician that accompanied him to do this whole house plumbing job.
